Over the course of 20 years, Diana has gained expertise across various sectors of the Financial Services industry. Her journey began as an Office Administrator for an Insurance Agent and then joined the Insurance Company one year later. As an avid reader and passionate learner, Diana quickly moved from Fire Claims, to Agency Field Specialist and then Agent, while taking courses and earning certifications. Diana then spent several years as an Investment Advisor before taking on the challenge of being a Finance Manager for a small seed company. Her last seven years were in Banking, as she managed multiple Retail Banking Centers, developing staff while driving consumer and small business loans, as well as mortgage lending.
Since 2010, Diana has been actively involved in the startup community in Indiana. Her contributions include serving on the Board of Lafayettech,The Startup Ladies and helping to develop For the Love of Janus Guild. Diana has served as a Capstone Advisor for students attending the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, helped organize and lead several Techstar Startup Weekends, and has been a mentor for dozens of startup founders.
In 2015, Diana founded her own startup with a goal of bringing clarity to personal finance. The company was wrapped up at the end of 2022 and Diana is now focusing her full attention on investing her knowledge and expertise in Financial Planning for founders, small businesses, creatives and anyone else that marches to a different tune.
