George "Butch" Wilburn joined Equitable Advisors in 1998, as a Financial Professional. In 2009, he was appointed Vice President, where he recruited, hired, trained and developed new financial professionals until December 31, 2012. Currently, Butch focuses on his personal practice, helping clients map out their financial goals and in selecting appropriate products for their portfolio objectives. Client participation is vital to the creation, implementation and success of their financial strategy. To ensure that you are comfortable with your strategy and product choices, Butch can work through each step of the planning process.
Butch holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 6, 65 & 63 registrations, his life and health insurance license, and has earned the Qualified Plan Specialist title. He is a member of the Sterling Group, a select group of financial professionals associated with Equitable Advisors, distinguished for their experience and service to the industry.
Butch is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he was a four-year letterman with the Wildcats Football Team.
